Royale - Display Typeface
Royale is a whimsical display typeface inspired by the adventures and memories captured in vintage travel journals. Like Kafka, this typeface is also inspired by the quirky and charming films of Wes Anderson. Royale was designed so that it would look at home emblazoned on the iconic, symmetrical architecture found in films such as “The Grand Budapest Hotel,” “Isle of Dogs” and “Moonrise Kingdom.” The typeface seeks to evoke the same feelings of nostalgia that Anderson’s films instill in his viewers, making it perfect for creating unique and imaginative designs.
